Customer Service and Support (CSS) is part of a company’s customer relationship management (CRM) department that interacts with a customer for their immediate benefit, including components such as the contact center, the help desk, and the call management system. CSS combines web, social and contact center experiences for a unified, cross-channel service solution enabling organizations to increase sales and adoption, build trust and strengthen relationships, and reduce costs and effort. Building upon our expertise with the BMC Remedyforce ITSM and Salesforce CRM applications and the Force.com platform, IT Prophets expanded our practice to the Salesforce Service Cloud. This customer support application allows organizations to deliver excellent customer service from anywhere, at anytime, on any device.
Project Management is the discipline of planning, organizing, motivating, and controlling resources to achieve specific goals. The primary challenge of project management is to achieve all of the project goals and objectives while adhering to the following primary constraints: scope, time, quality and budget. The secondary — and more ambitious — challenge is to optimize the allocation of necessary inputs and integrate them to meet pre-defined objectives. IT Prophets utilizes vendor methodologies as well as industry standard methodologies such as Agile to execute and implement client initiatives. IT Prophets will also follow customer preferred methodologies upon request.

It allows the organization to establish a baseline from which it can plan, implement and measure. It is used to demonstrate compliance and to measure improvement. The more a company moves away from organization-specific processes, the more important the pre-engagement process consulting becomes. An organization that is advised on where its processes can and should adapt to industry standards will spend less time and money on customizations which increase the cost of maintenance and future upgrades.
